Raj Kundra has opened up about the surprising reaction of her wife, Shilpa Shetty, to his debut film UT69. He revealed that Shilpa initially hesitated about this idea and thought that the movie would not work out, but later, she changed her mind and supported his film debut.

In an interview, Raj jokingly said that Shilpa was just a few feet away when he said this. He was thinking about a film; he had the script ready and wanted to know her reaction. Kundra jokingly said he thought of a “Flying Chapal” coming at his face as Shilpa thought this was dicey and might not work out the way he thought.
Raj also revealed how he had convinced Shilpa with a small narration by director Shahnawaz Ali. He said that Shilpa understood and became supportive of him and asked, “‘Tu acting kar lega?’” Raj Kundra replied that he would, as he learned some method of acting by going to jail.
Now, Shilpa greatly supports Raj Kundra’s Debut Movie UT69 and is confident about her husband. The trailer of the UT69 has been launched, which features Raj Kundra as a lead actor and indicates his time at Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. Kundra was arrested in 2021 related to a pornography case. He got bail after spending a time of 2 months in jail.
