NIA Arrested Deepak Ranga charged with attacking Punjab Police Intelligence Headquater with RPG at Mohali in 2022. Deepak fled after the incident and was tracked to Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. He is a resident of Surakpur village, Jhajjar Haryana.

What NIA Claims about Deepak Ranga?
NIA claims that Deepak connected with Lakbir Singh Sandhu (Landa), Canada based gangster, and Harvinder Singh Sandhu (Rinda). He is involved in criminal and terrorism, including killing. He was getting support from Landa and Rinda related to money and logistics.
According to NIA, Deepak is smuggling arms, ammo, explosives, and Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) from across the border due to a vast network of interstates for illegal activities.
