02 February 2023 [Thursday], 125-Year-Old Shivling was stolen from the Rinmukteshwar Temple in MP, Rajghat.
It has been reported that on discovering the news of stolen of the ancient Shivling, police came into action and investigated the whole temple. But they have not found any clue about where the Shivling is. It has been observed that some anti-social elements have conducted the stolen activity.

The Ancient Rinmukteshwar Temple was founded in the year 1880. A lot of worshipers come daily to vow at the temple. That’s why the temple has not been relocated elsewhere like the other temples. Even The Rinmukteshwar temple was once submerged for around half of the year. But looking at the number of worshipers, it has been finalized not to reallocate the temple anywhere else.
Further, it has been reported that there are other ancient temples as well which are not relocated. These temples got the land with some settlements with the Narmada Valley Development Authorities. The worshipers demanded that the temple on the same ground it was found, so the authorities agreed to give the land to the temple with some settlements. However, they have allotted only a limited area for the temple up to the limit of bank water.
It has not been cleared yet who was behind the theft of 125-year-old Shivling. We will update here soon after getting the proper updates from the officials.
