Israel’s army has declared that it has regained complete control over the southern territory near Gaza after two days of the surprise attack by Hamas.

Daniel Hagari, the military-speaking person, confirmed they are in complete control now. Further, he adds that, however, there might be some terrorists still in those areas. This declaration came after Israel drafted a record 300,000 reservists responding to the Hamas attack from Gaza.
Hagari further said they have regained complete control; however, some gunmen remain active. Thus, there might be some isolated clashes. Further, they have started a search operation to identify the terrorists in those communities and clear the areas. He further confirmed that 700 people had died on Israel’s side, and 73 of them were from security forces.
