Betterhalf, a matrimony website for metropolitan Indians, has raised around $8.5 million in the “Series A” investment round from FinSight Ventures and various other investors, including the Co-Founder of Instagram and Dropbox.
The Other investors who participated in the “Series A” round of Betterhalf were Brendan O’Driscoll, Derek Callow, Nurture Ventures, and Rebel Fund.

The company said we raised $8.5m in funding in a “Series A” round from FinSight Ventures and others, positioning as a new matrimony platform in the Indian market. They said we aimed to build a Super-App Unicorn in the matrimony market and an advanced tech-based matrimony platform.
Matrimony Platform is strategically matching the profiles with its AI technology with common interests, and this platform already has services like wedding planning and Astrology Services.
