The former assistant of Vin Diesel has filed a lawsuit against him for sexually assaulting her and firing her from her job as an assistant.

The matter was reported in 2010 when the actor was shooting for the Fast Five. In a lawsuit filed in the Los Angeles court, the former assistant of Diesel, Asta Jonasson, said that Diesel had assaulted her when both of them were in a hotel room in Atlanta, working on the movie.
However, Vin Diesel and his legal team have not commented on this. Claire-Lise Kutlaym, the legal representative of Asta Jonasson, has said in a written statement that if these mighty men are protected from accountability, then the workplace casuals will never be stopped.
As per the lawsuit, Vin Diesel, in 2010, had forcefully groped the breast of his assistant and then kissed her after he had entertained some other girls in the hotel suite while Asta Jonasson was yelling at him to stop. Still, Diesel had not stopped. After that, Vin Diesel left the hotel room, and after some hours, Jonasson was fired from her job as an assistant.
She remained silent for years because she feared she would not stand a chance against one of the most-grossing actors in Hollywood.
