Rajasthan, which has seen BJP win over the congress recently in the Assembly Elections 2023, is in a state of tension as the Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena has announced Rajasthan Bandh after the national leader of the Karni Sena, Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi has been shot dead in his own house in Jaipur.
Karni Sena has declared an ultimatum that until the killers of the Gagamedi are encountered, they will not allow the cremation of the body of the Gogamedi, nor does they will allow the swearing-in ceremony of the new government to take place.

As per the insights, it has been said that the Punjab Police has already alerted the Rajasthan Police about a conspiracy being planned about the murder of Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi by the Sampat Nehra Gang. Apart from this, Gogamedi also raised security concerns about the threats to his life and demanded extra police security for himself. But now the question raised, if everyone was aware of the threats of killing the Goeamedi, then why has he not been provided with the extra security? Whether the main reason for his killing was negligence?

After the killing of the national leader of the Rashtriya Rajput Karni Sena, the atmosphere of tension has been witnessed in Rajasthan, as the Karni Sena announced Rajstahn Bandh for 06-12-2023, and their supporters have come to the streets to protest and burn tires and show their anger.
Mahipal Singh Makrana, the national president of the Rashtriya Rajput Karni, has asked for the encounter of the killers of the Gogemedi and said that until then, they will not allow cremation of the body of the Gogamedi and they will allow the swearing-in ceremony of the new government to take place.
As per the reports, it has been revealed that killers have used Naveen Singh Shekhawat to come close to the Gogamedi. Shekhawat was familiar with the Gogamedi and frequently visited his residence. So the killers have taken advantage of that to reach inside the Gogamedi’s house. Once they reached the house, they talked with Sukhdev Singh Gogamedi for around 10 minutes and then started an open fire at him. Killers have fired 17 bullets in 20 seconds at him. They first killed Gogamedi and then fired at Naveen as well.
Rohit Godara has taken responsibility for the killing of Gogamedi through a Facebook post, who has been closely associated with the Goldie Brar and Lawrence Bishnoi Gang.
