An astonishing image of the Polar Bear sleeping on a small iceberg has won the 2023 Wildlife Photography Award of the People’s Choice. Nima Sarikhani, who captured the stunning pic and won the wildlife photography award, has said he has spent almost three days looking for the polar bears on the Norwegian islands.

The Natural History Museum organizes the wildlife photography competition every year, and they have also listed all the images of the recently conducted competition on their blog, out of which this image of a polar bear has ranked the top.
This picture taken by the Sarikhani has been named the crown bed, which has won the competition by receiving a record 75,000 votes. While discussing winning the award, the picture owner said he is honored to have won the People’s Choice Award for Wildlife Photography of the Year.
He added that the photograph has stirred strong emotions in the people who have seen this photograph. Apart from this, he further said that climate change is the central issue we are facing, and this photograph may inspire some hope as there is still time to fix the mess we have created.
