When the family of 24-year-old Aneesh Awadhiya got to know about this news, they broke down. Atmaram Awadhiya, the grandfather of the 24-year-old, has said that the drunken teenager, who is also the son of the Pune realtor, should not get bail. He said that two people died in that Pune Porsche crash, and this is entirely wrong; we are waiting for strict action against the accused, and his bail should be canceled.
Aneesh Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta were returning from a get-together on Sunday around 02:15 am when a Porsche hit their bike from behind. Both of them died on the spot. The driver of that car at that time was a 17-year-old teenager who got bail within 15 hours from the Pune Court with certain conditions, such as to write an essay of 300 words on accident and also to work with the traffic police for 15 days and to undergo treatment and counseling for his drinking habits.
The decision of the court has sparked a massive controversy. The father of the accused has been arrested, and the family of the killed one is planning to go to the session court.
Although the minor who killed the two has been driving the Porsche at the speed of 240 km per hour, he does not have a driving license. So this is a murder, not an accident, the family members of the Aneesh Awadhiya said.
