A famous Indian Cricketer and former captain, MS Dhoni, known for their excellent temper, has filed a case in Ranchi against two officials from Aarka Sports Management for a Global Cricket Academy deal of 2017.

The case has been filed against Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Vishwash, who signed a deal in 2017 with Dhoni about running a cricket academy globally but have not stuck to the deals of the signed agreement. As per the case filled, Aarka Sports has to pay a franchise fee and share profits as per the signed agreement, but they have not.
However, they have avoided fulfilling the agreement terms even after many reminders. Then, MS Dhoni sent legal notices many times, which was also not good. Thus, Dhoni has to take this action.
Dayanand Singh, representing Dhoni in this legal case, has said that Aarka Sports has cheated them, resulting in an overall loss of over Rs. 15 crores.
