When you think about an oven, you think of using it to warm your snacks or foods, but a hilarious incident has surfaced online where women baked an iPad in the oven.

A girl has shared the incident on Reddit, saying how her mother accidentally baked her iPad in the oven; she also shared the image of that after it was taken out of the oven. The post quickly became viral on Reddit, with 38,000 upvotes and many sarcastic comments.
One user said it looked undercooked and needed to cook for 20 more minutes, and another said, “Apple Pie.” However, some people are serious about this concern, saying that if her mother has dementia, there needs to be an eye on her and for proper medical treatment. Some users said that they got lucky that the battery did not explode.
However, the girl updated that her mother is older but does not have any dementia. She shared her conversation with her mother about the incident: “It was certainly not intentional. Somehow, I was cooking, and somebody in the kitchen (most likely I) placed the broiling pan I used on my iPad. When I lifted the pan to put it in the oven, it must have stuck to the bottom of the broiling pan, so it went into the oven with the broiling pan.”
However, the woman had Apple Care, which covered the new replacement iPad for a $100 deductible.
