Our beloved actor Matthew Perry passed away on 28 October 2023, and yesterday, his autopsy report was released, which revealed the actual cause of death of the FRIENDS Star. As per the autopsy report of 54-year-old Perry, the cause of his death was acute effects of the anesthetic ketamine, as per the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.

As per the report, he was found drowned in the heated end of his pool, but that was the secondary factor contributing to his death. Apart from this, coronary artery disease and buprenorphine, which has been used to treat opioid use disorder, have also contributed to the death of our beloved actor.
Perry, who has been found unresponsive at his residence in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles, has been used to drugs, but he has been clean for the last 19 months. Further, he was going through ketamine infusion therapy to deal with his anxiety and depression.
