All this began when Mamta Banerjee said they would go solo in West Bengal and were unwilling to ally with the Congres Party. She further said that they have proposed seat sharing with Congress, but Congress has rejected it, and no further conversation has been made.
So, they are not going to ally with Congress. What happens with the INDIA bloc will be seen later. Now, they will do whatever they must to defeat the BJP from West Bengal. She also said that Congress does not have the courtesy to discuss the Bengal chapter of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra with her.
After the statement from Mamta Banerjee, Chief Minister of Punjab, Bhagwant Mann, has also indicated going solo in the upcoming elections as he said that they have projected 13-0 in favor of the Aam Aadmi Party in the upcoming elections in Punjab.
After these two incidents, Nitish joined the gameplay when Bharat Ratna was announced for the Karpoori Thakur. Nitish showed his gratitude for the BJP and pointed out in the congress rule why they have not given Bharat Ratna for Karpoori Thakur. This statement just came after he met with the governor of Bihar a day earlier. So now there is speculation whether Nitish will rejoin the NDA and leave the INDIA bloc.
