Elvish Yadav Admits Arranging Snake Venom for Rave Parties

After his arrest, Police also revealed that Elvish Yadav had admitted to arranging snake and snake venom in the rave parties arranged by him. Elvish also admitted that he knew the other accused, arrested last year for a snake venom case.
Elvish, who had denied earlier about his involvement in the snake venom case, has now admitted that he has met the accused various times in different rave parties and has had contact with them. The 26-year-old YouTuber and the winner of Big Boss OTT season 2 has been on remand for 14 days in judicial custody.
Elvish Yadav is now facing a case filed under the Wildlife Act and charges under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Act. Section 29 of the Stringen law, which deals with the drug buying and selling-related conspiracy, has been invoked against Elvish. Elvish has further revealed that Snakes, shown in the videos of his party, was arranged by a Bollywood singer, Fazilpuria.
Police arrested five people related to this case during a raid at a banquet hall in Noida. Four of them were snake charmers. Nine snakes and snake venom were also seized after an NGO complaint and a trap by a member of the NGO for contacting Elvish Yadav for snake venom.
