Dinesh Phadnis, who played the role of Fredricks in the popular show CID, died last night. A close friend of the star confirmed his demise. Dinesh Phadnis, who had been admitted to the Tunga hospital in Mumbai and was battling for his life, died around 12:08 am this morning. The entire star cast of the CID is currently presented at the star’s residence. All the last rituals will be performed today at Daulat Nagar crematorium.

As per their reports, Dinesh was in a very critical condition and was on a ventilator in the hospital. He has recently had a heart attack and is battling with liver damage.
Dinesh Phadnis performed the role of Fredricks on the most popular TV shows of the 1990s and early 2000s from 1998 to 2018, and his role was also a hit like other CID actors and gained popularity amongst children. The show gained much fame among children, and all the co-stars have also played their roles well. Every Indian child liked the show very much at their time.
It was unfortunate news to hear about the demise of our very beloved CID actor.
