After yesterday’s match, it seemed like the RCB’s wicketkeeper and batsman, Dinesh Karthik, is planning to take retirement, as Dinesh Karthik has received Guard of Honor after the match, However, the 38-year-old player has not officially confirmed about his retirement, but post matches scenarios is saying it all, that it could be the last season of the Karthik playing for RCB or any other franchise.

Karthik has completed his IPL career with 4,842 runs in 257 matches and 22 fifties. His IPL career lasted 17 years, and he has played for six IPL franchises: Delhi Daredevils, Punjab, Mumbai Indians, Gujarat Lions, Kolkata Knight Riders, and then RCB.
He has made 326 runs in 15 matches in IPL 2024 with a strike rate of 187.36 and an average of 36.22.
