The MRO facility is established to provide support services and maintenance of military planes to make them operational. The setting of DAMROI in Noida is another strategic development of Aviation as it expands its hold in the Indian defence sector. It also meets the Indian Government’s policy of Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat in defence manufacture and procurement. The new subsidiary received the support of Eric Trappier, the Chairman and CEO of Dassault Aviation.
He stressed that DAMROI would serve customers from the Indian Air Force and other defence segments at a high quality and provide maintenance services. This new facility shows M/s Aviation’s serious business interest and sustainable relationship with India. It also will guarantee that the consumption demand for military aviation maintenance requirements in this region will be met effectively in the future by the company.
