A heartbreaking incident of children sold for drugs has been reported from Mumbai, where the Mumbai crime branch has arrested four people, including a couple, for selling their kids to fulfill their drug addiction. The police have rescued a 1-month-old baby girl from Andheri and are still in search of a 2-year-old son.

Police have arrested a parent, Shabbir Khan, his wife Sania, and Shakeel Makran and Usha Rathore, who worked as an agent and got a commission from the sale of the kids.
As per the police investigation, it has been revealed that a couple, Shabbir Khan and his wife Sania, sold their little kids, a one-month-old girl, for 14 thousand rupees and a 2-year-old boy for 60 thousand rupees to fulfill their addiction to the drugs. This news came to light when their family became aware of this matter. Police have registered a case against the couple and two others in this incident of selling children for drugs.
