PM Modi inaugurated the redeveloped Ayodhya Dham Railway Station on 30 December 2023 and also flagged two trains, Amrit Bharat Express, from the newly redeveloped Railway station.

PM Modi arrived in the city today around 11:00 am and was received by Governor Anandiben Patel and Yogi Adityanath. Later, PM Narendra Modi will inaugurate the newly developed airport and lay the foundation for developing projects in Utter Pradesh.
The holy city of Ayodhya has been decorated with murals, flowers, and thematic ornamental columns. There has also been a significant development in security. Cutouts of Lord Ram have been installed outside this newly developed railway station, while posters of Modi have been put up at various essential places in the city.
