Pranjali Awasthi was just seven when she began to learn to code. When she was eleven, she and her family had to move from India to Florida, Which opened up a whole new universe of opportunities for her, from competitive math programs to computer science studies. She said her father had encouraged her to achieve her dreams. Her father is an engineer who encouraged computer science education in the classroom, which sparked her early interest in technology.
Pranjali Awasthi, a 16-year-old Tech Prodigy, is the owner of an AI startup, Delv.AI. She started the company in January 2022 and raised Rs 3.7 crore in funding. According to her LinkedIn profile, her company now has ten employees. She further explained that the goal of Delv.AI is to assist academics in quickly gathering particular information amidst the constantly growing pool of online resources.
The accelerator program has helped her secure On Deck and Village Global funding. The company is valued at around Rs 100 crore, with secure funding of almost Rs 3.7 crore.
Pranjali Awasthi was just seven when she started learning programming and had to move from India to Florida. She had studied computer science and mathematics for two years. Then, she started working as an intern at a machine learning lab at Florida Internal University, where she was responsible for extracting data, conducting searches, and creating literature evaluations.
The 16-year-old teenager found an ample opportunity when OpenAI launched the beta version of ChatGPT 3 in 2020. Then, when she joined an AI startup accelerator in Miami run by Backend Capital’s Dave Fontenot and Lucy Guo, her tech journey took a huge turn. She was so dedicated to her work that she even put a hold on her high school coursework and spent all her time in this AI startup.
She postponed her college goals because of her responsibilities in this startup. However, she and her parents think that education is critical, and she also intends to complete college to gain academic knowledge for her entrepreneurial endeavors. She also talked at an event about how well the beta launch of Delv.AI was at the product hunt.
