As per reports, Bangladesh’s best pacer has flown to his home country to process his US Visa before the T20 World Cup 2024, which will be hosted jointly in the West Indies and the US in June. He is expected to return to India as soon as he gets his passport back, but he will still miss the next match of Chennai Super Kings against SunRisers Hyderabad.
One more thing to notice: Mustafizur Rahman has got NOC only till 30 April 2024. After that, he has to join his home team to play the 5-match T20 series against Zimbabwe and return from the IPL.
Regarding his performance for CSK, Mustafizur Rahman is at the top of the race for the purple cap, having taken seven wickets from three innings at an average of 15.14 and an economy rate of 8.83.
