His statement comes out after he was booked for beating Maxtern in a shopping mall. Elvish said in his statement that the whole matter was preplanned as Maxtern had already set up everything, cameras, and microphones, at their meeting.
Elvish further said that people should not listen to only one side of the story; they should also listen to his side and watch the video until the end. He said that Maxtern has been harassing him for the past eight months by posting negative things against him. He added that this time, Thakur threatened to burn his family alive, which led to heated arguments.
The statement came just a day after Maxtern published a video on social media claiming that Elvish Yadav had threatened to kill him. He said that Elvish came with eight other people and started beating him. Thakur has also filed an FIR against Elvish Yadav, claiming that Elvish tried to break his spine to make him physically disabled.
