The man has been identified as Himanshu, who murdered her mother to claim the insurance money of Rs—50 Lakh to pay off his debt. As per initial reports, the human was addicted to an online gaming platform, Zupee, and his addiction has led him to losses multiple times. But he didn’t stop and started taking debt to play online games, which led him into debt of Rs. 4 lakh, and thus, he made this plan to kill her mother.
Police revealed that Himanshu sold the jewelry of his paternal aunt and proceeded to purchase a life insurance policy worth rs. 50 lakh for each of his parent. And when one day, his father was away, he strangled her mother, Prabha, to death. After that, he placed the body into the jute bag and then transported the bag to the bank of the Yamuna River using his tractor.
When his father discovered Prabha was missing, he informed the police. During the investigation, police discovered that People had seen Himanushu going to the Yamuna River using his tractor. Police arrested him, and Himanshu confirmed that he was plotting this murder to pay off his debt due to his online gaming addiction.
